What is ChaLean Extreme?

ChaLean Extreme Workouts

The 15 exercises on 6 DVDs start with Burn and Band Basics. The first 2 DVDs will help you learn the proper form and technique for resistance moves and instructions for weights and bands.

The next DVD which is actually the first and Burn phase of the program lets you do moderate resistance training with 3 workouts to jump-start your metabolism and shed fats.

Second phase contains 3 workouts where you will be safely pushed beyond your comfort zone to build muscles and burn fats.
