  1. Interesting, you are so much bigger and stronger now than in your Iron cross transformation video but now it's harder to do the cross? Is it simply a power to weight thing or just out of practice? Just got my first set of rings for portable natural workouts. Best thing I ever bought. Thanks.

  2. you notice how round and oval hes back is? maybe its because hes packing some muscle for a shorter guy wich just make hes body look this way…
