  2. I been doing this every other day for a week, do you think one day is ok to recover in between these sessions? My body is sore, only in my legs when I do the 15 min tough, not to the point that I have to stop either. Thanks!

  3. I did the whole thing and my body has been sore for 3 days, should I wait till it's not sore then just start off with half of this workout, or just keep doing the full workout till my body gets used to it? Thanks!
