  1. How many times a week can I do this? I feel it's a full workout for me, something I can do everyday since it includes a warm u, cardio HIIT, strength, cardio kickboxing and abs workout. What do u guys think?

  2. My fitbit said I burned 55 calories during this entire workout… WHAT GIVES? I was dripping sweat by the end of it… By the time I got to all the modified jumping jacks at the end, I was dead.

  3. HIIT is a bitch! There, I said it. I felt sluggish at first but when I went to kickboxing, I felt great. Something about punching the void without any concept of what I was going to punch was kinda stress relief. Thank FitnessBlender, love you guys!
