  4. Quick and sweaty! It's tough at times, but it moves quickly. The first two HIIT exercises were the most difficult for me. I didn't find any of the abs exercises to be too difficult, though bicycle crunches have always been my nemesis. Not much rest in this routine, it goes fast so you don't notice it all that much. This is a great routine for burning a lot of calories and working up a sweat when you have a busy schedule.

  5. while your working out your just thinking "this isn't worth it" "I'm dying!" "I can't do this everyday" but once you get to rest and when you hear workout complete you feel absolutely amazing❤️❤️❤️ first time and I finished I did pause for longer though!
