  1. This is gonna be my second time doing this challenge. I did it last week but I saw Daniel and Kelli say that you could do this 2-3 times in a row so I wanted to try it again. But this time; I'm gonna push myself to do the higher impact version of the exercises. It's definitely going to be a challenge but it's one I'm willing to take on. I'm excited.

  2. You guys are wonderful!!! I trust what you say cause you aren't selling me anything. Just good health that I can live with.Where can I get those weights? what are they called?

  3. I can't believe I finished this. I was following Kelli's version but even then I almost gave up. However, I just decided to do fewer reps just so I can finish this and I'm proud that even with modifications, I arrived at workout complete. Maybe someday I'll be able to do this without modifications. Baby steps.

  4. Fuck i did it ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜“๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ˜“๐Ÿค’๐Ÿค•๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ it is so hard but so fucking nice๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜๐ŸŽ–๐ŸŽ–๐ŸŽ–๐Ÿ†

  5. hi guys! for those of you who're having doubts about starting/are starting this 5 day challenge;; PRESS THROUGH!! It'll be worth it ๐Ÿ™‚ the first time round I did this challenge, I ate a proper, well balanced and clean diet (no junk food, no sugary drinks), coupled with these workout routines and light cardio (jogging -15mins every alternate mornings), I lost a bit of weight and the people around me commented that I looked more toned!! TBH though when I first started this I couldn't even finish one entire workout video, wanted to stop just after the warm ups! So press on guys, it's really worth it!! Gonna try their other challenges soon cos this doesn't make me sweat as much now

  6. Your videos are the best on the internet, I am on my fourth week alternating between the 5 day challenges taking weekends off inbetween. I am feeling stronger, more energetic, and definitely looking more toned! Thank you! Your body positive outlook and motivational skills are just brilliant. It's so nice to hear the promotion of eating properly and all round exercise to look and feel great rather than intense calorie restriction or no carb diets which from personal experience I have found pretty destructive. Anyway – thanks for making this sort of workout & advice accessible to everyone including me and my friends here in the UK! ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. Not only do you deliver amazing workouts, but you also promote vegan/vegetarian eating <3 You are honestly awesome. Keep up the good work

  8. workout complete: ) and i am dead

thank you guys for such fabulous workout videos : )

  9. I just started working out and I watched a lot of workout videos; none of them are as helpful ar yours, so I'm gonna stick with you guys until I look like Schwarzenegger ๐Ÿ˜› thanks a lot, I really appreciate it!

  10. hey there ….m from India ……m 30 n my mother is 50 …..we both do ur various fat burning exercises videos ..almost everyday…..its tiring but very rewarding ….we cant access a gym or a personal trainer ….but ur vedios does more then we expect ….just like a virtual personal trainer without subcribtion fees ……thank you guys for your incredible contributions towards making our world healthier …..
i have a request for you …can you give some exercise videos for elderly people with diabetes n heart problems….like my father he is 60+ ….

  11. hey kelli and daniel and the rest of the fitnessblender community,
thanks so much for your great work first of all!
I've been trying the intermittent fasting with 1200 calories per day, it's a bit of the opposite of what you recommend in this video. I also work out around 4 times with your videos, and I started with the 5-day challenge today. I have already lost 2,5 kg (5,5 lbs) in one month. my question, do you guys think, I need more calories? because it is already quite difficult to squeeze in 1200 calories in my 4 hour window of eating with a mostly vegan-glutenfree diet. I'd be grateful for any advice and greetings from Berlin, Germany!

  12. Just finished my first week of this, and I've gotta say, it was so awesome I'm starting it again this week! Not only is it a small commitment (hey, if you can make it through the full week, surely you can make it through another full week, right?), but it helped me to feel so much more confident about my body and its capabilities. Next I'll be moving onto the "strong and lean" 5 day challenge… and I can't wait. This has actually made me–someone who complains about exercise–feel good about getting active, training my muscles, and pushing myself. Huge thanks to Daniel and Kelly!
