  1. I'm a beginner with weight training and have no idea how to figure out what weight i should be lifting etc before going out and buying some. Anyone have any tips? I want to purchase one of the fitness blender workout programmes but want to be all set before i start πŸ™‚

  3. it is amazing what weight training does for weightloss.

    have been doing walking for an hour everyday csuse i had a caesarean section. just recently added weights cause its been 3 mths already. have lost 0.5kg from just increasing weight training to my routine!!!!

  5. THIS WAS AMAZING. I thoroughly enjoyed the combination of all the workouts, I was not bored for one single second and I was so sweaty ahaha I love it also because it is merely 28 minutes, not because that's all I'll do but because I can combine the warm up + the next workout/the stretching.
