  3. Great work out for the core for sure. The leg lifts were killer. I do strength work outs and run a couple times a week but I the but and thighs are my trouble zone and pilates is the best for me in that area but it's very hard as my muscles there are weak. I enjoyed your tips at the end. Thanks for that!

  4. I recommend taking like 3/4 water breaks… That's what I did the second time and I felt 100 times better and if some of the moves are to hard for you just repeat one that was easier for you… It mad this workout way better (my opinion)

  5. Almost wanted to smash into the screen halfway through the side planks. Definitely not for beginners or some intermediates. Great video though so don't beat yourself up if you can't complete it!

  6. I have been having back and neck problems and was begging her to get off the floor towards the end of the floor section. Next time I will do the floor excercises without moving my neck, until it improves. But otherwise. Good workout!

  7. this really a hard workout i ever had… she never give a bit rest atleast in between then do some easy after the hard part. not 5 star to me. we all starting like trying but not this one I'm not keen to be skinny like her i want to be fit and healthy be more stabilize . thanks for the video thou

  9. This is a really good workout. I find that other instructors would repeat in the second half what they did in the first half, and I think this is a sign of laziness. Not this video. The second half adds even more variety. I appreciate the workout of the entire body, although I wish she would have added more neck stretches.  I think there were breaks. She would do some fairly fast cardio, then slow down on the next sequence. This was a break to me. Someone below said she is to skinny? No, it is muscle.
