  5. This is a WONDERFUL yoga routine. It is definitely a full body workout and depending on how much you push it can be quite intense. However, with that being said, it was a "simple" enough routine that even someone at 1 am looking at a cell phone on the floor (with not a ton of yoga experience) is able to do. I loved trying moves that were new to me and I could certainly feel a nice deep stretch throughout my body on the longer held poses. I did find it somewhat difficult trying to follow at times as I'm used to a slower breathing / movement however it will be simpler I'm sure once I get the routine down.

    I'm definitely feeling nice and relaxed and ready for bed lol.

  7. I really enjoy your yoga and this workout in particular, but also agree that it is a bit too fast to get the benefits and full expression of each posture. I know it's cardio, and I appreciate that, but I would love this same workout just a tad slower so my body can get the benefit of the postures, not just rush through motions.
    Also, people with sensitive backs should be VERY CAREFUL launching into and out of these Warrior 3s so quickly. I have reactivated an old back injury from getting into and out of this posture so fast, without really strengthening my core first. I'm an experienced yogi, but reminders about correct form on this posture would be really helpful. Thank you!

  8. This was the first video of yours that I found over a year ago. I remember it being super fast for me then but I knew that I can do it! Today I don't know how many times I've done this same routine and once again it kicked my butt in a really good way! Any way you could add more of your power yoga's to the no music playlist? Thank you for so much that you do!
