  1. Brutal and sweatfest, indeed. I wish the clean and presses were not last, soooo tough to get through after all of that, even with a far lower than normal weight. Just means I really kicked my own butt today, I guess!

  2. I have a question. I'm 14 and am just 5ft tall. Because of this I somehow look fatter and even though I have the same body weight as other girls, I look way fatter than. A few days ago I was told that exercising won't be a good thing for me, bcoz I won't grow taller (especially squats) so what do I do? I really wanna grow tall to

  3. You guys named it "brutal" – I should have noticed it keenly when I did first time – almost dead every time I do but nowadays I prep myself with a good pre-workout snack if this is in my schedule ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿฝsuch a good one – my fav lower body from fitness blender!!!

  4. Okay so a few months ago I made a decision to exercise for a bigger butt so I started following these type of videos to work the lower body and no matter how hard I try I just never seem to feel the burn in my glutes?I already corrected my squat form and squeeze as hard as I can when I come up but I just feel it in my thighs mostly and so far I have never woken up to a sore butt from squatting. The only time I feel pain in my butt the next day is when I do all those floor exercises but I read somewhere that they take a long time to see a difference and I don't want that. So is there any way at all to squat in a way where I can definitely feel it in my glutes? Oh and I also recently added dumbbells to my squats and nope I still don't feel the burn. I would really appreciate any tips at all from you guys, thanks.

  5. Hi Kellie,
I have not been having the best experience doing dead lifts. specifically the ones where both feet are planted on the ground. I've been having lots of pain in my tailbone area after doing them ( days later). I decreased the weight to see if this would help, and after the workout the pain is there again. I'm thinking that the single leg ones would be better as I used to do these in the gym years ago without pain. Your thoughts?
Thank you for all that you and your hubby do. You both are very personable, authentic, have beautiful spirits.๐Ÿ˜Š

  6. Hello to everyone and I have a question not only to Fitness Blender but to anyone who knows the answer but it would be nice if Fitness Blender answered too. I have always been told that squeezing flutes or thighs during a workout was bad because I think they said you would no longer have a butt or something like that. So I have never really done it. I was wondering if that is true or not. I know it sounds like a dumb question because many fitness professionals say it but I am just curious about what the squeezing does exactly.

  7. I love you guys!! I get compliments on how great I look! & this is after I just had two kids from back to back! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜˜ Thank You so much! But question how many times a week should I do this workout?

  8. OMG I literally just did this whole thing without ANY BREAKS OR PAUSING!! That is huge for me because I usually always pause and rest my legs if I feel them burning too much.. and also I did a very hard cardio workout yesterday so I thought today I would do half assed omgg!! ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€ dances I love you Fitness Blenderrrr!

  9. I have a question: I am 4'11 and I have stubby legs compared to my total body. Because I'm short and have short legs, I feel that doing too much squats do make my legs look shorter/stubbier because of the muscle growth. Think maybe I should try to do weighted bridges and/or weighted hip thrusts(on a ball) to replace weighted squats? Do some squats with little or no weight but do more heavy bridges/thrusts instead?

  10. I don't really have so much time. I mean I go to school everyday then after. I go to my job, so I kinda have no time to work out even though I love to! Can I do this then go to bed straight after and go to sleep?
