  4. Just started doing this today, my left foot seems to be getting in the way though (I get really bad cramps no matter how much I stretch) so if anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it XD Good video 🙂

  5. really liked this sequence. I have stiff hips and lower back soreness due to sitting all day at work: this helped loosen me up. And I like short workouts: honestly I start to get bored and restlestless after 20 minutes: sorry!
