  2. this is a nice video i feel like i would like you as a real life trainer, even though i wasn't able to finish because im just starting to get back in shape it was nice to see an instructor who isn't preppy a f and who showed their flaws aka that you're actually a human person. great workout, really appreciate the transparency and no b.s 🙂

  5. Thanks so much for investing so much of ur time with these workouts!! I'm 3 months pregnant and I'm still doing ur workouts almost 5 days a week, and I feel so great! The silent ones I'm keepin on tuck for when I need to modify things a bit, but my plan is to keep on keepin on as long as I can!! Again thanks so much!

    I did this only bodyweight but irs burning.I hope u do one like this every month.Love to alternate between standing and floor exercises.

  8. Perfect workout, my already sore lower body enjoyed this pretty much 🙂 I added included a lot of plyo moves and now I am not sure how I´ll survive the day 🙂
