  1. Hi Jessica and Peanut! I am a huge devotee of your workouts especially this one. It's been my go to while building up strength again after years of heavy long distance running and cardio vids with little else to build strength. I would love love loe it if you would do a few videos for those of us women (and men!) who are wanting to really build some serious muscles. Especially another long leg day one like this, but also another upper body strength video (I've used all of yours I promise!) But I'm dying for some with some crossfit esque flavor and Heavy lifts mixed with burnout sessions for some serious heavy days…..like 6-8 rep max fatigue type heavy. So many of my friends and people I talk with regularly are understanding how we have to keep progressing heavier and it's very exciting to build that kind of super strong and sexy almost competitor's physique. I know if you put together a few for those of us looking to level up like that with you that they would be awesome! Thanks for all you do, I wouldn't be where I am today with my fitness if your videos and self weren't so wonderful and accessible and straighforward and varied.   3. Yes, I do feel great, thank you for this great workout. More of this please ๐Ÿ™‚ I especially felt my back, wich I am glad with. And indeed, when you mentioned we had to do another round of all the exercises, I felt like quiting, but am glad I didn't.

  4. Oh Jessica, if you knew ..!! I always do this work out just before my 'rest day!! It gets me every time!! Its like all the chairs/toilets been lowered in my house!! Even after two years of working out with you and 60 pounds later …๐Ÿ˜ญ Tell me what do I do wrong ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’œ

    Today was my first day with the Full Body Lower Exercise Video. I can't remember the last time I sweat this much doing a home work out. Awesome ๐Ÿ™‚ Worked it, feeling good, and I'm not exhausted ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. jessica – i love the things you say in this video about not necessarily training to look good in short shorts but to gain strength & staminaโ€ฆthere's a "bigger picture" & longer term benefits to exercise beyond appearances, & I'm so glad you're emphasizing that! also, happy to say the first time i did this routine (april 2015), i did 12lbs for all three rounds & made a note to myself to "maybe try 15lbs for the first round next time"โ€ฆtoday, i managed to stay at 15lbs for all 3 rounds (though i have to admit my single leg deadlifts got a little wobbly at the end there!) – WOOHOO! you're right, this workout is long & tough during, but SO rewarding afterward – thank you thank you!

  8. I remember when you first posted this workout, Jessica, and I remember thinking "Nuh uh, no way, never!" But today, my shoulders and back were sore, thanks to your Sole Sculpt workout so I decided to stop avoiding and try this workout. It took me forever but I made it through all 3 reps with 10 and 15 lbs. I definitely need to work on my form and balance so I will be doing this one again. Thanks for the amazing workout!

    PS: I'm writing this standing up because I'm afraid if I sit down, I'll never be able to get back up. ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. What a workout! Loved it even though, I didn't have a step. I used no weights and 5 lbs and am still a sweaty mess. I made it through 3 reps and I am excited to do it again and make it all the way through! Thanks for the amazing workout!
