I just did this without weights by changing some of the exercises to body weight exercises for that same muscle group and still burned 1000 calories so don't worry if you don't have the dumbbells. Good Luck people its not easy but you can do it. Just think of how you will feel when you finish! ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. The 1000 workouts are definitely my favorite. My question is, is it a good idea to do this daily or switch it up with another strength routine every other day for best results? ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. every time i do the exercises that have to do with knee joints i get a very terrible pain in my left knee. I talked to my physician and she told me that the muscle around my knee joint is weak and needs to be strengthened. I feel perfectly fine when doing the exercises but my knee stops me from getting even 6 minutes into the workout! It's so frustrating. Any idea for if i should continue going or any recommendations to what i should do ๐Ÿ™

  10. I've been doing fitnessblender workouts for a little over a month but this looks so brutal hahahaha…but maybe I'll push myself to try this out tomorrow! with my little 2 pound weights :p
