  2. I just wanted to send out a Huge Thank You for making this video! I'm 50 years old and Hate exercise but over the last few years have just felt like my entire body was seizing up! It hurt to move, especially my hip and leg area after sitting or lifting my legs to put pants on!! This video fixed that. After doing it 1 time I felt a huge improvement. I have a bad back and have been attending the chiropractor and as part of my treatment, I have been told he will help correct my posture and align my spine but it is my responsibility to strengthen my abs, my back and to increase flexibility!   4. I have weird paralysis on my spine bone, don't know what it is but this workout helped me alot, now when i actually move my head+neck up and down i don't feel it that much! Thanks alot!
