  1. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong but bicycle crunches never do anything for me? I can never feel like I'm working anything unlike other crunches? Any tips?

  4. I love this workout SO much!!! I used to focus too much on just legs and lower body/cardio, but now I do upper body workouts at least twice a week and I'm feeling the changes in my body, I'm in much better shape 🙂 Thank you, FitnessBlender

  5. I have carpel tunnel in both wrists and really struggle to use weights but this strength training and being able to use my own level of resistance has been brilliant. Thank you so much for this video. I can still feel the burn 😅

  7. I have decided on two HIIT workouts. One is 15 minutes and the other one is 30 minutes. On the days I do the 15 minute routine I want to do a upper or lower body workout to try and tone my body (upper body one day, lower body another day). But I also want my focus to be on the weightloss, I am going to do the 30 minutes HIIT routine only. I need to do this this year!!
