  2. I was kind of hoping that the pilates part were a nice and relaxing ending…I didn't know how wrong I could be. My neighbors must have heard me shout a couple of times.

  4. oh my God! I wanted to cry so bad during the pilates interval. 🙂 I had shaky legs after the first half of this routine already. One of the best workouts I have ever done!

  5. Holy crap my butt muscles were screaming!  Especially doing those leg pumps in the pilates section after doing all that strength training.  I was using 20 lb weights in the strength part.  We'll see how I feel tomorrow.  🙂
