  1. I have been doing some of those body weight workouts for a couple of months now, and I gotta say that this is really working great. I have been seeing some differences and my shirts are sitting tighter πŸ™‚ And not only do I feel more fit, I also have more confidence now. A big thanks to you and good job on this! πŸ’ͺπŸ‘

  2. Fitness Blend should make an app that lets you customize timers to sync with workouts. It could ask you "workout time" and "break time" so you can put in "45" and "15" and then it will just go so you don't have to worry about it. Or maybe that's dumb. Idk. Great video though

  3. Thank you so much for this video! (And all of your videos :-P) I have some trouble with the Supine Pushups – I either get rug burn or stick to my mat – so I held Chair Pose as a modification instead and it was great!

  4. I could not do this the first time I tried it. My upper body strength has improved a lot a month later and I can still only do a few reps at a time. I'll come back to this in a month and see how I've improved.

  5. While I've been workout out with FitnessBlender for well over a year, these pushups are still way too hard for me. I'm gonna go find a Kelli body weight video lol.

  6. i searched workouts for women and this is what popped up in the first page lolπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜œπŸ˜πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  7. I've exercised in the past like for weeks at a time but just dropped out because of my period or accumulated a cold. Is it a good idea to jump back right in and exercise as if I never left or should I try their beginner level stuff again.

  8. I'm 14. I do body weight workouts as they are more appropriate and more effective for your age. I've been doing this and the body weight chest workout from fitness blender for a while along with abs workouts and I just started to add in cardio. So far I have seen very satisfying results. Apparently a lot of girls call me fit πŸ˜‚πŸ˜… (apparently). And also the feeling of doing them is great. you feel pumped and active and free!! big thumbs up πŸ‘πŸ‘
