  1. I just wanted to say you two are amazing. You two are positive, encouraging, and yet realistic. I love your workouts. They are fantastic. Before, I started losing weight I was 150, now I'm down to 145 my goal is 130. With clean eating, water, and your workouts I believe I'll get there. Thanks for doing what you do, and keep it up!. You two make working out fun, .

  2. HiFirst of all I want thank you for such a wonderful program. I started the 5 day workout challenge a few weeks ago. Then I also did the 1000 calories workout. Can I combine those two workouts, or should I switch between them?I would be grateful for a response.Best regards

  3. it almost took me 2 1/2 hours before I finish this. When I feel dizzy, I just rest but then I continue it again. It made me feel so good after I finish this. Thanks guys! Both of you are awesome πŸ™‚

  4. Halfway through the hour of strength and HIIT I'm asking myself why I even bother, then we get to the work out complete screen and I remember. It's hard to get up and motivate yourself to do this stuff, but I'm glad I did.

  5. I did it! And I loved it! πŸ™‚
Did anyone else notice one missing rep of the strength training, I don't remember what it's called but you have to move straight hands up and down while laying on your back? Or was I simply in coma by that time already and missed it? πŸ˜€ Anyway – great video, thank you for doing this!

  6. I can't believe I got through all of this, yay! Did some of the low impact options, but was surprised I managed to keep up my energy all the way through. The HIIT portion was my favourite, except for the burpees πŸ˜‰

  7. Did this workout today love it . Great sweat . I had to change my clothes after the hit because they where sticking to me like glue sweat. Please make a new 1000 calorie workout . You guys rock thanks again for all your workoutsπŸ˜€

  8. Can someone explain to me why there are two different numbers next to "calories"? What does the smaller number mean? Is it the calories brunt doing only low impact?

  9. Finished this workout. I think this is the first 1000 calorie workout I've been able to complete all the way through. I would say the hardest part of the workout is the HIIT section, but I'm glad the workout got progressively easier towards the end.
