  1. This workout has been the hardest Fitness Blender workout I've done so far…god those side planks followed by high knees!! Killer!! But I'm now in the best shape of my life…thank you Daniel and Kelli!!!

  2. This is by far THE MOST hard work out I have ever done! I thought the cool down was going to be of 33 minutes after those first killing 30 minutes of work out, but you managed to put an even more excruciating 30 minutes of work out after that!!! OH MY GOD I´m dying! But I´m so happy I could finish this! In the second half I had to stop many times more than Kelly, but i finished!!! I´m putting this on my favorites so one day, when I finish my 8 weeks program I´ll do this again, all the way! Day 12 done! 😀 Love you guys, I´m so grateful with you two!

  3. we did this workout today. I died more than once. … fun fact: my boyfriends underware didn't survive it either. They got ripped appart. you could hear that noise fabric does when ripping.. hard workout but funny.. and destructible!!!
    Warning this workout could destroy your underware!

  5. This is my favorite video! i cheat and take more breaks than i should, but this video is so tough!…even tho i take breaks i am still seeing results. If i didn't take breaks i can only imagine how fit i would look.. haha… i sit for 8 hours at work 5 times a week and this helps me not become super unhealthy.. so thank you for improving my life<3 i hope that eventually i won't have to take any extra breaks.

  7. "Two down, six more to go!" Oh f… I swear, there were moments during these 60 minutes I thought I had to either vomit or pass out. This was intense!! Woah

  8. Wow! this is something else. I had hope I could finish this entire workout until the Side Plank with Leg Kick… that's when I could not continue anymore. This workout is no joke.

  9. I made it through but I took 3 five minute breaks. My goal is to make it all the way through without such breaks by this time next month. Commenting so I remember.
