  1. Wide to narrow jump squats with squat kick up with the shoulder press was definitely the hardest for me, especially with 5 kg in each hand o_O My arms and legs are burning! Thank you!

  3. I had to pause it quite a few times since sweat was running in my eyes and blinding me! I like that each section was shorter. A cool format for the next long one would be where you repeat each section just twice, but then the first section has 10 different exercises, the next has 8, the next 6…and so on. Basically just like this workout but without so many rounds of one set, so it will feel like I'm getting through it faster, those 5 rounds felt like an eternity!
