  3. Я проделала этот комплекс вслед за другим небольшим комплексом для верхней части тела. Думала, будут упражнения на спину, но увы. Зато хорошо почувствовались плечи (я одно упражнение ("Dumbbell Pull Over") заменила). Не понимаю смысла в этом упражнении с маленьким весом.
