  3. This one was tough to pick on a tired day for sure. Plus my weights were either eight or twenty. Too light or too much. That's ok I'm not discouraged. Will buy a fifteen. Tried doubling my eight but hand placement was not conducive. Great sweaty cardio killer. Thanks for providing these videos. I look forward to them and your cheerful support each time.

  7. A iworkout with a step would be nice.Their only a few on youtube and the ones they have are usually aerobics. I would love the higher intensity moves and how to use the steps from different angles for a total body workout
