  1. I started doing yoga and was able to continue for 3 months. I then took a long 3 month break of absolutely nothing. (I highly recommend: https://sites.google.com/site/24weightfast/ ). I felt like my body was purging the toxins today. I couldn't get through more than 27 minutes, but I know practice is the key so will keep at it until I am able to perform side by side with you. Really like how you explain the positions and how the muscles must feel. I think that really helps in aligning myself with the correct posture for a pose.

  3. hey erica, I love these workouts, but I cant seem to get my tailbone in the right place, i cant really rock back and forth without hurting it, it seems to jut out a lot and I dont know how to change my posture so it doesnt hurt– even lying on my back kind of hurts it.

  4. I like rainy and sunny days, but I like to have more sunny than rainy days. I like to stay in and open the curtains when it rains, it is so beautiful. My favorite color is purple. I like longer routines, like 60 mins-75mins. actually found this workout looking for a longer routine. Loved it.

  5. Love the hour(+) long yoga work outs and green is my favorite color.

    I usually run twice and lift kettle bells twice a week for an hour to an hour and a half and have recently added yoga to this routine so it's nice to keep all of my work outs around the same length.

    One problem I have been noticing is my knee comfort, anytime something involves me putting a lot of my weight (i weight about 230) on one knee cap it starts to get a little weird/uncomfortable/painful. I understand I can fold the mat but that doesn't really help take the feeling of discomfort away from my knee cap and it messes with the flow of class (folding and unfolding the mat) maybe I should wear knee pads? or is this something that will build in time?

    Also in the happy baby pose really aggravates my lower back, I can rock all day on my upper back but as soon as I try to extend through to my lower back and put pressure on my spine and come flush with the mate it feels like my lower spine doesn't want to flatten out and I'm just rolling on it, almost like a little speed bump. If that's confusing basically I can't bring my bottom to the ground when initiating happy baby without extreme discomfort in my mid-lower back.

  8. I like to have both, short 20-25 min as well as 1 hour workouts to choose from. Short ones are useful for morning and evening workouts during work days and 1-hour ones are good for weekends or when I have time and want to go longer. Thank you, Erica, for the good you are doing.   12. When I researched the “fizy unique plan” on google, the results I stumbled upon persuaded me to try this! I actually started out losing pounds almost immediately. My good friend also implemented the plan and she shed 16 pounds.
