  5. Hey Brandon, should I be doing this everyday or every other day? I have heard both that it is fine to work the abdominals every day but I have also heard over working certain muscles can lead to these exercises having no effect, because your body and abs get used to that sore state, and the muscle fibers don't regenerate and grow back as fast as they normally would. I want to be able to hear an answer from someone who actually knows what they are talking about
