  1. This is like the Hiit program that i am doing! Instead it's 50 pushup burpees, 50 squats, 50 situps, then 40 > 30> 20 >10. My best time is 19:26. Keep up the good work bro!

  2. Sorry about the sound. Had all kinds of camera problems that day. But the workout was so brutal I can't re-shoot it anytime soon. For beginners I'd recommend cutting the reps in half. So 20-15-10-5 instead of 40-30-20-10.
