  1. Huge fan since years ago… but I prefer the others where I don't feel some of the exercises are rushed. Every time he says"15-seconds," it was more like5 seconds.
    Still a huge fan though!!!

  2. he's picking on Sophia, yet she's the only one that did a FULL pushup. Everyone else either dropped body down in competition form push up and other chick came up in the worse form possible and should of stayed on her knees cause she's not ready or strong enough for full pushup. Good job Sophia!!!!!! Best form and that was not modified, it was the hardest form of a full push up……
