  1. i just started doing this a week ago. I love it! Gets me sweaty and I get some cardio without having to go for a run (I HATE running). The first 2 times I did it with Simone's instructions on but now I mute that and dance on my favorite music πŸ™‚

  2. Anna is cute, but I wish they didn't stop so much for her. it would be a better workout if they just kept going and let her follow along as much as she can. I just wish they were dancing or exercising constantly instead of stopping and standing around so much.

  5. I LOVE THIS WORKOUT! I couldn't stop! Please do more of these…I'm short so the HIIT workouts bulk me up. I need almost all cardio so this is great next to running – and I can do it at home!
