  2. ive noticed that i dont get muscle burn the day after anymore and ive been doing these videos for 4 weeks now. Mainly strength training 3x a week with cardio everyday when i wake up before I eat anything. I hate HIIT workouts but still smashed it ๐Ÿ˜‰ my happy place right now is in the garden 30 degrees eating steak off the bbq with potato salad ๐Ÿ˜…

  3. I did this workout and was rather humbled! I had to do some modifications as well as taking longer pauses between exercises, but I did it. I was a sweaty mess afterwards, but I did it. Thanks FB for the awesome content. ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. Yay I did it!! First time had to stop in the middle because I almost fainted. Now it wasn't too bad but oh maaaan I'm sweating. Definitely going to try your other videos! ๐Ÿ™‚

Today is my first day of the FB 30 Day Fat Burning program, and unfortunately, I wasn't able to get as good of a workout as I wanted to because I had to do the low impact version of many of the exercises (although I definitely still broke a sweat). I'm doing these workouts in the middle of the night lol, and everyone's sleeping so I have to be a bit silent. It's Ramadan and I don't want to exercise during the day when I'm fasting. Tomorrow I will try my best to workout a bit earlier so I can get a better workout hopefully.

  6. I'd recommend not dropping your client's head below their heart for the first stretch after the workout. This is how people pass out and/or throw up. Start with the leg stretches and let the heart rate come down. Warn people that if they feel dizzy, to not do the stretch.

  9. ive been doing this for the past month and i always, always stop at the water break. lol. cant seem to go much further than that. also im already sweating during the warm up LOL
