  1. This workout has totally rocked my life and my body. I've been doing it with progressively heavier weights 3-4 times a week for the past month and a half. I've never been stronger (this is the first time I've ever done weighted exercising or strength training). I love listening to Amy and following along – i find her very real, compassionate and smart about what she's teaching. Thank you Amy!!! I'll be starting the 4 week challenge tomorrow – and I can't wait to see the results. So far I've already lost a ton of inches and have gone from a size 10US to my regular size 8US and even a 6 sometimes. ❤️❤️❤️

  2. Watching this in 2017, but so glad I was able to find a great workout only using dumbbells! I'm not a big fan of using machines at the gym so this is a great way for me to get a full body workout that I can actually be proud of. 🙂

  3. A colleague at work made the decision to stick to my suggestions and give this weight loss program “lyly amazing guide” (Google it) a try. We started using it too, and the results have been amazing. We dropped 13 pounds.

  4. I loved this! I am so out of shape and I'm trying to get fit for baseball season. I thought I'd at least remind my body of what exercise is, lol. This 30 mins went by surprisingly quickly! Thanks ladies!
