  1. Hello Rashmi, I've just finished your 5 weeks program and am very pleased with it! I'm actually a quite advanced pilates and yoga exerciser but I found your programm still chalenging and well-balanced for me(especially week 4 and 5). I did it as my morning, "right-out-of-bed" routine and it was perfect. Could you please develop another programm, 3-4 weeks,20 -30 minutes long which is also for advanced exerciser but which has the same repetitive routine? It has a calming effect too when you know the sequence well πŸ™‚ You are a great teacher and I look forward to more videos with you! πŸ™‚ Thank you very much!

  2. dear Rashmi, thank you for this useful routine. I felt I needed a bit of a warm up before the variations in the surya namaskar, maybe a couple regular flows before adding on, just to get the body warmed up, or maybe a bit of your enjoyable cardio. gratitude and appreciation. namaste
