  1. that was an awesome workout! lol i nearly died like twice since I'm finally getting back to a regular workout routine (busy wife and mom of two and one on the way while in school full time) but that definitely pushed me. enjoyed the way you lay out your video as well. it was really helpful knowing you'd be doing it with me haha. will be adding this to my leg day routine for sure.

  4. I'm trying to lose weight and tone up and I'm wondering if doing this workout along with running or cycling will contradict what it's doing or if they will work hand in hand with each other??
