  6. I did one of Daniel's 54 minute 'brutal hiit workout' yesterday and I'm in agony but need to do this today. I'm up to the star jump lunges and it's safe to say I am scared. Have to get through it though, before yesterday I took a 3 day break from working out and a 3 day cheat :'*
