  1. I ambitiously bought some 3Kg weights (which I was able to lift 6 months ago, but haven't been training since, so muscles are crap, especially my arms). This is the first video I've been able to use my new 3KG weight all the way through, hopefully this is the beginning of being able to lift them weights again πŸ˜€

I am obese.Iam tired of being this way…Diet after diet has failed.I nowcam determined ..bought a teadmil..Did research on clean eating .Iam ready ..I no longer want to be the fat friend or hear someone say "you use to be hot " yes people are rude enough to say this …for only a week. I have been following your workouts …do you have a website ?am I missing it πŸ™‚

  7. Great workout. I did 1-2 extra sets of each group because I felt that 2 were too little but otherwise love the format and style of these workouts. You're really the best there is on YouTube – followed by Hasfit. :-))

  8. I honestly don't think my fitness level would have progressed to anywhere near where it is without your videos (but I still have a long way to go!). I hope you know how much everyone appreciates you giving us such awesome free videos.
    I have been working out for years (but got out of it for a couple years and gained a bunch of weight πŸ™ ….I realized when I started doing your videos that there were so many exercises and stretches that I had improper form on…Thank you for not only providing awesome workout routines, but teaching me as well!
