  1. hi erica very excited to do yoga with you. I am beginner of this and finding a bit difficulties. So I have a couple question for you. From your video morning yoga weight lose there are 3 sections, should i do all of them in 1 day or i can choose among 3 of them per day? i feel challenge did 3 of them in one day, however if you ask me to do so i have an eager to do it. The last question I have varicose vein problem on my leg do you have any suggestion to loose it by doing yoga? Thank you

  4. hi erica! I am a big fan of your weight loss program. but I can't manage time 4 any other aerobics or a walk! can I loose weight by only doing a half an hour yoga 6days a week?

  6. Erica Vetra has great form for each stance. Quite precise so lots to think about but being more flexible with  isometrically working intrinsic muscle groups are great …TY Erica 🙂

  8. My friends first introduced me to the diet plan "fizy amazing plan", and i also googled it. I actually first found out about it via my friends and I can`t think how much it has transformed my entire life. I have lost 12 pounds so far and I feel great.

  9. Thought I wouldn't be able to do this one, with my sore thighs. But now that I think about it, my legs do feel less tense, afterward. And I like this portion more than Workout #2.

    As for my fave after-workout snack? Whole wheat pita, hummus and ice water. <3

  10. I officially just started part 3 today and I love it. I've been working oout officially for 3 weeks, starting with your part one. The first week I did only part one, and the second week I did part one and two. This week I am leaving part one alone and just doing part two and 3 every other day. My favorite poses between the two at the moment is the side plank, which when I first attempted, I did not get to do and now I am strong and built up enough to do it, and I feel eventually I will get to the other part of it that looks like a star fish. And on part three my favorite is the one where u on the floor on ur back and you lift your back u with your knees and the balancing splits. Thank you for the videos namasay.

  11. I like Erica's videos and her routines. They're challenging and really helped me burn calories. I like her no non-sense way giving instructions. Her pace is just right and she does not have long intros. She's one of my favorite instructors in PsycheTruth.
