  2. This is excellent…so well explained and also well demonstrated…only negative factor…the background music…wish that did not exist…the video is super just by it's contents. Thank you for it as it has helped me tremendously.

  3. This made me feel so good. I just started her beginners' calendar and finally, I found a video that I can actually do completely. It didn't even feel too bad and I didn't feel like I was pushing myself to a point where I was out of breath, but it did definitely feel like a workout! I'm so happy!

  4. To be honest, since this video appears so much on the Beginners 2.0 calendar, a big part of me was bored with it. But it is awesome to see how much I've improved: being able to do the leg circles almost fully and doing the last arm workout in a fully plank position. I'm now week 4 in the calendar.

  5. I stopped on the third day and I restarted the beginner calendar because I ate pizza yesterday. The first time I did it, I stopped every 5 seconds and I couldn't breathe. It's only been 3 days and I did everything without stopping today. Even though the first time it may seem like you will never be able to do this workout and you'll never get abs, trust me, you will.

  6. Hi Casey, I had laparotomy surgery almost 1 month ago and my doctor said that I can start to do workout again next week. Is it safe to use the workouts in this playlist as my first workouts? Before surgery I did PIIT, HIIT and strength training about 2-4 times a week. Thank you 🙂

  7. How do I keep my back on the ground? I have tried many things such as sucking in, putting my hands behind my back (this doesn't let my abs really work), etc.
