  2. *fallingbackintofitness Day 17!ย  this upper body is tougher than it looks!ย  I know how tough the DVD recommendation is since I've done the 6 week total transformation, but I'm going to give itย  a go anyhow!ย  Sassy just layed on the bed and watched my fat crying!ย  Actually I think it was frying….ย  I think I heard some sizzling going on!ย  Thanks Jessica!ย  The fall fitness challenge has truly challenged me! Yay! I was down 2.2 pounds at today's weigh in!

  3. Really liked this one Jessica I traded this for Upper Body Strength for Day 37 of the Walk Strong 2 Count Down Plan. Excellent workout and I shall look for something on YouTube later to trade for 360 Abs.

  4. Wow! I guess doing the Walk Strong 2.0 challenge has helped! I did this workout using my 5# & 8# weights throughout the whole workout! Looks like about 10 months ago I had to drop down to 3# for the last set of shoulder press to tricep kick backs, but not this time! Although it was quite a challenge, in a good way! Definitely was using the right weights. And, sweat still dripping by the end, no difference there! ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks so much, Jessica!

  6. I wanted to do a "full upper body workout", as the title says, because I've been working on core and legs these last few days and I'm really sore (tho my arms are fine). Turns out there's quite a bit of leg action though, so moving on!

  7. This was my upper body workout for today i have done this one before it is still challenging but a great workout i could feel the burn all the way thru my arms are on fire i am sore already thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica.

  8. I'm not sure if I've done this one before, I think maybe so. But I tried using my 5# and 8# weights, which was SUPER tough! But I got through almost the whole thing with those weights. Just had to drop down to 3# for the last set of shoulder press to tricep kick backs! Ended up a sweaty mess, and expect I'll be feeling it tomorrow! Thanks Jessica!

  12. gave me a good workout. a felt the burn. are you positive its working my abs or should i go for a full body workout to get my abs, arms, and less fat on my thighs. im really just trying to slim down any recomendations from your videos for a good workout to get me a six pack abs, less fat on my thighs, and some more muscle on my biceps. also any recomendations for a routine. like what days i should do cardio and what days i should do weight lifting
