  1. The real workout starts at 12:58 you can skip the beginning part. From 12:58 and on you will work up the sweat you want and have nice workout. Thats the part where they wear you out to make it seem like the whole video is a good workout. But thats where the workout really starts. Any time you start going into doing ton of sets of squat stuff that where the really calorie burn is. The rest of it is just for show to make it look like a boxing work out. You can just do a ton of burpees if you want a tougher workout.
