  3. I love this workout. I am an avid cyclist and I use your videos all the time. Great stuff! Besides the indoor trainer, I'd love it if you had a specific video for strength training that was cycling specific. Anyways, thank you both for such amazing workouts. Cheers!

  4. This workout was MEAN!! It looked so simple on paper but those last two rounds were very rude to my legs!! Steup ups PLUS the bulgarian lunges after are no joke! BUT workout complete!! the after effect me on the floor after the cool down is worth it. Thanks!

  5. I forgot how much I love this one- absolute killer! I always feel silly on the single leg squats as I have a very limited range of motion and feel like I barely move down, but it's what my knees can take and I still feel it working. This one IS a little frustrating as the automatic timer is off (no #6, just goes 5 to 7) and so is Daniel's count on many of the segments. Ah, well, keeps us guessing, I suppose! I added in side step ups, 10 each side X2, and 5 trips up and down the stairs with weight. My legs are JELLO now and no doubt I will be sore tomorrow.

  6. I love this workout!!!! This has to be one of my favourite lower body strength videos! I really love all the single leg work! I already can feel it's gonna be super sore tomorrow LOL..oh…and i did screamed @ Daniel on those last sets of bulgarian split squats!Sorry Daniel, but i said a few bad words through that last set. I also do a lot of Daniel's upper body strength training workout…love love love them! Brutal, painful but effective!! THANKS!

  7. I know Kelli's lower body workouts are so much more popular but don't underestimate Daniel, Daniel's videos are serious, brutal strength training both for upper body and the lower body.

  8. This was a late night workout for me and since I didn't have that many weights I was forced to stay with 7Lb dumbbells this whole time… though I didnt sweat as much but I felt it at the end! πŸ™‚

  10. One of your best! Sore glutes and thighs for roughly 3 days afterward, with vigorous stretching and foam rolling. Just the way I like it! I always tack on about 15 minutes of pilates at the end and it's a perfect hour long workout. Thanks Daniel!
