  3. Hi Mill, I''ve been tracking your calories and macro breakdown. And, I am kinda surprised. Today you're rather high, and mostly you seem to be around 2500 calories a day. Can that be your maintanance or you have reasons to be in a deficit? I would expect higher maintenance figures, given your workout activity, overall fitness and leaness, and assumed background activity as a father and husband….

  5. when do u start the january challenge i been enjoying the partyscene this month and my cardio has been a lot of dancing.Just another week of celebrations and than its back to business.
