  1. Great workout! I only burned about 300-320 calories, nowhere near 500. But I guess since he's the instructor and has to talk, look excited and do the moves perfectly, he would burn 500+ calories. Either way, I'm hot, sweaty and got my workout out of the way. 🙂

  2. it's amazing how tough this workout is and how much it makes you sweat considering you're almost quiet the whole time! A really good workout, especially when I'm staying over at someones house and don't want to make a noise.

  7. Just found your channel and did this workout in my uni dorm – LOVING IT! I was nowhere close to doing all these pushups but i'll come back to your vids more often now and one day i might even be able to do all these push-ups!

  8. Wow, I love the fact that you have a 10 second head start on the next workout on the top right. That helps so much to keep in rhythm and not have to stop to see what your doing first. Great concept!

  9. This is a good low-impact workout that has some unique moves I have not seen before. He is energetic and helps you stay positive. I was sweating!! I don't care for boxing type moves, however, and there are quite a few of those.
