  2. some things ive realised these past few weeks while wwtching his channel, reading his site, and working out….we dont need as much food as we think we do…i can go an entire day without food and not die; intermittent fasting is incredible and feeds and strengthens the mind; move your body and maintain a caloric deficit and you WILL lose weight, no matter what you eat…waiting longer to eat kills cravings ( at least for me)…you dont need techno music playing in the background to be motivated while working out…your mind is so much more powerful than you could ever imagine.   3. does anyone else realise you dont even miss the aerobic music that so many of us have become accustomed to as background for cardio? this guy is motivation personafied. he makes you not want to quit even when you feel like youre dying.

  5. Adrian, what do you think is more effective, 30 minute killer bike on stationary or this exercise? Don't answer me "the best way is to do both", I already am, plus 40 minute bike and 1 hour bike, but which one of these two gets more results???

  6. Started my diet today
    I chose to do intermittent fasting and this workout in the morning before I eat
    I kicked out processed sugar, soda, alcohol, carbs (still eating potatoes though I ain't giving up boiled potatoes figHT ME) and I'm gonna drink 3 l of water a day
    my current weight is 94kg
    I'll keep y'all updated lmao

  7. i am so out of shape that i have to do random sprint exercises with moving my arms or kick my legs while i stand but i hope that still works for now because that way i am able to compete whole 30 mins and still fully drenched in sweat πŸ™‚

  8. just started this workout and i actually finished the entire workout.(but it wasn't easy lol) i was at my heaviest around christmas time but i stopped drinking sweet tea and drinks with sugar. and only drink water with lemon. i lost about 15 pounds. everybody at work has been saying how my skin is glowing . lemon water lots and lots of it. some people might not like the taste but you'll be able to train your taste buds to like it then you'll actually start craving for it. ive been working out for the past two months with little results. lose a pound here and there then gain in back. but today i did this workout and oh my lanta with every workout i did these past two months i never sweated as much as i did with this one. within the first five minutes i was drenched in sweat. I'm going to continue this workout 5 days a week and will post my results. i also do about 100 to 200 crunches as well on a big medicine ball and that seems to be working but i really think this will be what truly helps me lose the weight i've been trying to lose . GOOD LUCK TO EVERYBODY!!!! I know its tough but we are all so much stronger than we give ourselves credit for. "life begins at the end of our comfort zones". so lets keep pushing ourselves and prove not only to ourselves but to everybody else just how strong we really are!!!
