  1. Ex military. These workouts are the easiest way to get Pt in without feeling like I'm doing a painfully long workout. Yoga too! 🙂 great workout 👍. Thanks!

  2. I had a bad stress month plus my elliptical broke. Once I got back home I had room to fix the engine. Then doing this again! My goodness, I only lasted 8 min! I was a good 20 full. Today I did the 20 but passed about 3 sprints.

  3. I just finished this workout and I must say this was a beast of a workout of all the other HIIT cardio workouts I've done thank you for this video 56lbs down 23 left from my goal weight of 160 🙂

  4. I added this workout to my weekly routine. My incline was on level 10 and my resistance was on 15. The highest it goes is 20. This was a killer, but I'm going to start doing it in the early morning while I'm still fasting. HIIT and Intermittent Fast great combination.

  5. really! I going to my second week and I feel more strong, so far I everybody said something about my bud! lol jajaja but its that mean, its work it on me! and just start, so I will make it everyday! at least I see my real goals! but its great training! tnks! a lot! am enjoy!

  6. I'm 61 years old and I just did this all the way to eight. It's hard, but with serious payoff. I'll do it 3 time a week on my weightlifting rest days.

  7. Okay so the entire workout i was cursing you out because im fasting and this is the only convenient time i can actually workout and now im done and its just really nice and warm. (my thighs are killing me but thats okay) Can someone tell me how long it took for them to get results? i plan on doing this pretty much everyday because i need that boost. also what other excersize can i pair this with? I loved the video btw youre so nice for putting this up. thankyou!

  8. Have been doing hiit program level 5 and 6 on my Matrix elliptical for the past couple of months. I'm waaaayyyy more out of breath in the recovery periods than this gentleman is lol. He can talk and such. I wonder if I'm doing too high of a level? I've been doing steady state cardio for years for an hour to an hour and a half so I'm not a beginner just somewhat new to hiit. I can complete the workouts though so I don't know. just wondering why I'm so much more out of breath.

  9. Kevin, I've been doing this for 2 months and I'm loving it. And not getting bored of you saying the same stuff over and over. You sure are an extremely likeable, professional! Cheers and all the best to you

  10. Hot and humid hear today, but started with 200 dumbbell repetitions then moved onto the elliptical. Heart rate recovery is faster than recent weeks, which is a good indicator of improved fitness. Struggling with diet still and so the fat reduction is not really happening at the moment, although much better than before starting the hiits training. In short, much more work to do, but staying in good shape for someone that is half a century old!
Tomorrow is going to be an early workout with more resistance to produce more testosterone to burn fat throughout the day.

  11. I'm making this my cardio each morning. On day three here and I'm already getting better at it. Love the recordings during intensive training! You seem very chill and caring. Thanks for getting this out there!
