  2. Im only starting out so id do half of each before my body fails but im working on myself to push through the entire exercise. Body goals here i come

  3. Trying to loose weight but need more flexibility. This work-out was hard and almost defeating at times but I'm going to continue to try 3 times at least per week. I have zero core strength! Thank You! Your so motivating!

  4. Is it just me who doesn't feel like my legs are working out during the scissor kicks and the leg one after that, I feel it in my bottom tummy instead, am I doing it wrong??

  6. I've been pretty consistently running the past two weeks, and it has been going well. I already notice a difference in the way I feel. With that being said, I am ready to tack something else like this onto my workout routine. So im gonna do some of these full workout videos during the week after my runs and we'll see how it goes.
