Is it just me or the last three moves is supposed to make me fart….. I farted through out the last 5 minutes…..
I couldn't do most of it. I'm on day 1 and I have a really weak core. Abs pshhhh please… my goal is to be able to do 1 push up at least.
i have fat on my belly but i can do all of the core exercises so i must have abs underneath, right? Why don't they show through?!

Trying to loose weight but need more flexibility. This work-out was hard and almost defeating at times but I'm going to continue to try 3 times at least per week. I have zero core strength! Thank You! Your so motivating!

Is it just me who doesn't feel like my legs are working out during the scissor kicks and the leg one after that, I feel it in my bottom tummy instead, am I doing it wrong??

I've been pretty consistently running the past two weeks, and it has been going well. I already notice a difference in the way I feel. With that being said, I am ready to tack something else like this onto my workout routine. So im gonna do some of these full workout videos during the week after my runs and we'll see how it goes.
