  3. I've been doing this workout for 2 months now. It definitely works! I do it 3 times a week, along with 10-40 minutes of cardio (on the elliptical) and I add other workouts by Sanela on the days I don't follow this flow. 😊

  4. Hi I just did this inner thigh workout and I'm a sweaty mess!! I am a type two diabetic , obese, and have bad knees. I was diagnosed about a 1 1/2 and since then I have gotten my A1C level to normal. I want to get into shape and have always wanted to try yoga. Do you have any videos you can recommend for me that is for beginners? Thank you for the positive reassurance during your video.
