  1. This is a great workout, but it had a little too much time spent on the wrists for me. I powered through the first two rounds, but by the third my wrists couldn't really take it. I switched to closed fists but it still hurt some :/

  2. I've lost a lot of upper body strength since I stopped rock climbing and started running, but this seems like a great video to build it back up! Thanks FB. My arms are shaking after all 3 rounds!

  3. This was much more challenging than I expected! It got my heart pumping. That last exercise was the toughest, but maybe that's because it was the last one of a gruelling session.

    During round 1
    Me: I can do this!
    My body: YEAAAHH

    During round 2
    Me: OK, starting to get a bit difficult now
    Body: Raspy breaths

    During round 3
    Me: OH GOD WHAT FRESH HELL IS THIS!!?!??
    My body: HOW IS KELLI NOT ON THE FLOOR IN A BREATHLESS CRUMPLED HEAP LIKE WE ARE!!?!!
