  7. Wow! These beginner videos look great! I will be trying them soon. The 30 Day Beginners Home Workout Challenge looks awesome! I will try it next month. Some workouts have trainers that are so energetic that it is intimidating for those of us that just can't keep up, and they even get annoying at times. And others are too boring as they teach step by step, that they don't seem to enjoy what they are doing. But you are so supportive, encouraging and up-beat, while enjoying the workouts.
