  1. I've done this a few times now and for me it really is the one workout where I can notice the Afterburn – 1.5hrs later and I'm still pumping sweat, and I mean SWEAT!! Great workout 💪🏻

  3. Didn't make it the gym today so I done this workout instead in my front room! It was a good workout I would definitely do it again ! The 40 sec round was a tough one ! I did another 15 min HIIT workout after this as well

  4. After doing I'd say 90% of Mr wicks's workouts I still find this to be the best one of them all. It hits all the major body parts and the timing is perfect.
