  1. My doctor has me focusing more on strength training rather than endurance cardio so these supersets were great! You make it so easy to follow and my legs are completely burned out (in a good way). Also – Rusty better make it into all of your other videos lol.

  2. i did this workout like once or twice every week for a month now and i definitely feel stronger and look leaner!! before i use to do mostly only cardio but i am so happy im getting into strength training, i look leaner!

Wish I could say I was one of the people who managed to power through the whole video first try, but I could only manage the first 6 minutes before my thighs nearly gave out under me and I couldn't squat anymore and my lunges were going sideways (20 minutes and I am still waiting for my legs to stop shaking ^^;).I also wish I was able to keep up with the video.
